The App is not intended for casual dating, hookups, or any form of inappropriate interaction. Users agree to respect the purpose and values of the platform at all times.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the App
  • Intend to use the platform genuinely for the purpose of marriage matching
  • Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable law

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are required to create an account to access the App’s features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information as needed
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate profile information, including photographs that represent your actual appearance
  • Treat all other users with respect and dignity
  • Use the App solely for its intended purpose of marriage matching
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other user
  • Post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
  • Use the App for commercial purposes, solicitation, advertising, or promotion without our prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the App’s systems
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the App
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the App’s functionality
  • Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Profile Verification

To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, the App may implement profile verification measures, which may include identity document checks, phone number verification, or other methods.

Providing false or misleading information during verification may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any user’s identity, character, or intentions. Users should exercise their own judgment when interacting with others.

6. Matches and Communication

Profile information will only be shared between users when both parties mutually accept a match. This sharing occurs based on explicit mutual consent.

Users are solely responsible for how they communicate and interact after matching. We do not monitor private conversations between matched users, although we reserve the right to investigate reported misconduct.

We strongly encourage users to exercise caution and meet in safe, public environments when arranging in-person meetings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, trademarks, logos, and technology associated with the App are the property of [Company Name] or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.

By uploading content to your profile (such as photographs or text), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the App. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by deleting it from your profile or account.

8. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the App. You represent and warrant that:

  • Your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party
  • Your content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the App may require payment. If applicable:

  • All fees will be clearly disclosed before you are charged
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refund policies will be outlined at the point of purchase and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms
  • Misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Provide misleading or false information
  • Engage in behavior that endangers the safety or wellbeing of other users
  • Fail to comply with applicable laws

We may take action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Where practicable, we will inform you of the reason for suspension or termination.

You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. Upon account deletion, your profile will be removed and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • The information provided by other users is accurate, complete, or reliable
  • Any matches will result in compatibility, marriage, or any particular outcome
  • The App will meet your specific expectations or requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
  • We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or [insert amount, e.g., €100 / $100], whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification
